Thursday, June 2 - Team Parade starts at 11:30 a.m. sharp!
DAY OF THE EVENT

11:00 a.m. Team Captain Meeting
at the corner of Hope and Fourth Streets (Required)

11:15 a.m. Teams assemble at Hope and Fourth Streets for opening ceremonies. Teams will enter the competition area following the LAFD Color Guard. Don't forget your Banner & Outfits.

11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. The Color Guard and Team procession arrives at the reviewing stand and following the singing or the National Anthem the Games begin.

1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Awards Ceremony and final remarks

* A letter of commitment can, in some special cases be a substitute for payment if such arrangements have been requested at least five working days in advance of the June 1st deadline and has approved by the Organizing committee.
